Step away from the busyness of daily life to reconnect with nature and ourselves, to fill the cup of our spiritual heart, to build community and friendships with like-minded seekers, and to work on our spiritual practice in an immersive and intentional way. Retreat with Jennifer Lenhart to the unique and inspiring island of Soufriere, Dominica in the Summer of 2024.

Our retreat to the Caribbean “Nature Island” of Dominica will include twice daily breath-centered and mindful Jivamukti yoga asana practices; guided and silent seated meditation; walking meditation; pranayama (breathing exercises); chanting mantras; and talks, discussions, and study focusing on yoga philosophy. We will enjoy a compassionate diet of nourishing plant-based meals. We will also have the opportunity to participate in a service (Seva) project.

There will be plenty of free time each day (as well as an optional excursion day during the week) to enjoy the breathtaking natural splendor that this hidden gem of the Caribbean has to offer. Enjoy gourmet cuisine and local culture, hike to waterfalls, snorkel in Champagne Reef, or indulge in spa treatments. With a gorgeous 180-degree view of the ocean as our backdrop, you may just want to kick back in the infinity pool and immerse yourself in the view.

All retreat activities with Jennifer will be a la carte, meaning that you can customize your retreat experience by choosing your level of participation.

Dominica (Dom-min-EEKA) is often confused with the Dominican Republic, but it is its own island in the Caribbean and a part of the Lesser Antilles.
