Welcome to Satsang Yoga

Beginning October 1, we'll be offering some in-person classes at the studio. For September, we're going to continue to offer only virtual classes via Zoom and outdoor classes at Coe Lake Park. Visit Mindbody to see our new schedule.

Many thanks to all of you for the blessing of serving you through yoga. May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may our thoughts, words and actions contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.

 

What We Offer

Community & Connection

Community and connection are at the heart of Satsang Yoga as we come together to support one another in our practice. There's something for everyone, and all are welcome.  We offer:

  • weekly classes for all levels of practitioner

  • monthly workshops on a wide range of topics 

  • a free weekly group meditation class

  • monthly donation classes to support local charities

  • a weekly by-donation Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) class to support those in recovery from addiction

  • a monthly 2-hour restorative yoga class

  • monthly Satsang practice that includes meditation, chanting mantras, study of yogic texts, and community with fellow practitioners (by donation, with donations going to local charities)

  • private yoga sessions
