Welcome to Satsang Yoga

Cuyahoga County has issued a Stay-at-Home advisory effective November 18 through December 17. According to the advisory: 

"Residents are advised to only leave your home to go to work or school or for essential needs such as seeking medical care, purchasing essential items from a grocery store or pharmacy, picking up prepared food, or receiving deliveries."

Therefore, in order to try to be part of the solution of the Covid crisis we

are returning to only Zoom virtual classes through at least December 17. We're disappointed of course, but we want to encourage everyone to stay home as much as possible in order to stay safe and to keep others safe. 

Your studio class passes may be used for Zoom classes. If you have questions about how to take classes on Zoom, please reach out.

What We Offer

Community & Connection

Community and connection are at the heart of Satsang Yoga as we come together to support one another in our practice. There's something for everyone, and all are welcome.  We offer:

  • weekly classes for all levels of practitioner

  • monthly workshops on a wide range of topics 

  • a free weekly group meditation class

  • monthly donation classes to support local charities

  • a weekly by-donation Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) class to support those in recovery from addiction

  • a monthly 2-hour restorative yoga class

  • monthly Satsang practice that includes meditation, chanting mantras, study of yogic texts, and community with fellow practitioners (by donation, with donations going to local charities)

  • private yoga sessions
